Ok, you know what it means now here's the real deal. These girls came all the way from Stuttgart for a double session just because they are BFF's. I'm sure Tiff will edit this when she gets home so that's all I'm going to say about it.
thanks,
Josh
Okay so I am changing just a couple...Tiffany.

So, it looks as if we've fallen of the end of the earth and done nothing lately, but that is the farthest from the truth. We are so extremely busy which has made it hard to keep the blog updated. I'm going to post a couple of our recent 2010 seniors and there's plenty more to come. We've been shooting seniors like crazy. Here's Kristen from Dewitt and I'm adding Laura's from Dumas for you guys to see as well.
Here's Laura's from her modeling session.

Okay, so I know it's literally been forever since I've posted. Sorry, we have just been swamped at the studio. Good for us but hard to keep up sometimes. I have so many sessions I need to post. For now, here is just a few of Riley and Chloe. Mom's been ready to kill me I'm sure because she hasn't got to see any yet. I will be shooting some outside pics of them tomorrow. Can't wait.

Okay so here are a few shots of one of our new wedding albums. There are designed and handmade the same as before but with a lot more cover options. This particular album have a metal cover. They also have acrylic, canvas, and tons of different leathers for covers too. This is Jamie and Aaron's album. I took a few really quick shots when she came to pick it up. I might have to borrow it and take a few better ones. Hope you love it as much as I do!
These first shots are of the packaging that it comes in when they arrive...
Here's the front of the album...
The spine and pages...
And one of the inside...

Here are some shots I did of Christina & Daniel a couple weeks ago. They live in Little Rock and have been married for a year, but never really had engagement pics. We met up with them in LR and got these shots for them. I had a hard time choosing which ones to put on the blog. I hope you guys are as excited about them as I am. We had lots of fun laughing with you guys. Enjoy.

Just a reminder that the website will be down all week as we redesign. No galleries will be visible until we are finished. If you have a proofing folder up you will still be able to view it just nothing else. I'll keep you updated as to when everything will be finished. The contact page will still be up as well if you need to get in touch by email. We will have a few new posts on the blog by the end of this week so check back to see some new pics.

Well, I thought I'd post Sierra's valentine card for this year. I always do a custom card for her to give to her classmates. Now, keep in mind that this was not an easy session. My oldest is probably my hardest client...go figure. But, I'm really proud of how they turned out. So here it is.
The front...
Inside Spread...
And the back...

Okay so next week I will be working all week on redesigning the website. All new pics in every category. Because of that the galleries on the site will be unavailable to view next week. We were going to post 2 pics from every session last year that didn't make it on the blog but since the website will be brand new next week we will just post them there and there are honestly way too many to do that anyway. We had so many seniors, families and weddings last year and can't wait for you to see what we did. So stay tuned and just remember the website will be down next week for redesign. We will be adding some new info on the blog so keep checking to stay up to date. Thanks again to all our loyal clients and for letting us do what we do best.

Here's a few pics from Serina & Shawn's engagement session. They're coming this week to look at them so we're giving them a little preview. Now, I don't do railroad track shots, so this is my version of that. I love this image. The shot with the red hat has some sentimental value. She wore that hat on their first date. I really like that she wanted to incorporate it somehow. It makes it more memorable. I love all these images. The full shots with the sunglasses I couldn't choose which I liked best so I posted both. It was really hard to narrow down. They both were great subjects. And by the way, we do have shots with them smiling and laughing. For some reason I'm just drawn to the serious shots. Actually I'm going to add a smiling shot at the end. I'm so glad they chose to use us, and I can't wait to do Serina's bridals and the wedding. I'm going to quit rambling now so enjoy the pics.

Okay, so I wanted to let everyone know I added another senior to the senior section. We completely by accident missed hers while uploading, so go see her pics. Also, all those images were saved somewhat wrong before being uploaded so they look fuzzy and the color is off. Please keep that in mind while looking at them since we won't be able to redo them.

This is a preview of Sadie's pics. She's coming tomorrow to view everything. Sadie drove 1 1/2 hours to get her senior pics done by us. I am so glad she chose us. She is such a beautiful girl and made my job very easy. She also brought an Ed Hardy shirt to wear which is very cool. My husband got me some of the perfume (and a bag-he made sure I put that) for Christmas. I put a lot of her serious face shots on here because she rocked it, but she has a great smile too, so I added one to show we did do those as well. Anyway, hope you enjoy.

Here's the second set of the senior section. Rikki is up first. She was such an amazing person to photograph. You would think she watched modeling shows all the time because she could move so great. We did a lot of fun stuff. The second pic is an actual painting that she did herself. We also did some shots with paint all over her that turned out amazing. You can see those pretty soon on the website when it's completely updated.
Okay so in the hurriness to get these up we accidentally didn't upload Courtney's. So sorry. We could never forget her. I taught Courtney in Sunday School when she was in Kindergarten. She is an amazingly beautiful girl and has such a fun personality. Here's two from her session.
It's was an honor to photograph Farrah. Farrah has had a lot of kidney problems since she was little and still has to deal with things regarding that. You would never even know that. She has a great attitude and doesn't want people making fuss over her. I love how everything turned out with her.
We are posting 2 extra of Kendal. She brought her twin sister along as an accessory so were posting 2 of them together as well. They were both extremely photogenic and beautiful. I'm so glad I got to shoot Kendal...and her "accessory." (Whose name is Claire by the way.)
This is Matthew. Our second of the year. We did something a little different with him and drove to the city. He wanted a shot with tall buildings, which we don't have. The funny thing is that we got kicked off the parking deck we were on by the security guard. Anything for the shot. At least that's my opinion.
On to Kristen. She's our "screamo" girl. We LOVE Kristen. Josh was just glad to have a senior come in that didn't respond "everything" to the question, "What kind of music do you like?." She also got me addicted to the band Breathing Carolina - don't know if that's how it's spelled. It's a mix of techno and screamo. Pretty cool.
Katie is our resident beauty queen. She actually entered a pageant for the first time and won - beating out girls who've been doing it all their lives. Now that's impressive! Katie has an amazing smile and truly can't take a bad picture.
Tyler's next. She is our clown. I don't think I've laughed that hard as when she was around. She is so funny...and gorgeous too. Very easy to shoot and move around. Again...hilarious.
Caroline has that Nicole Kidman skin. She's such a natural beauty. Josh liked her as well, because he literally had no touch up on her. We have some great shots with her piano as well that will soon be on the site.
Here's our rodeo girl, Jessica. This was my first attempt with a horse. It's was actually easy. We have lots of cool shots of her with her horse. Jessica is not only a rodeo girl but also does lots of pageants. So, needless to say she's use to being in front of the camera. Beautiful girl.
Okay, so we do have another clown. This is Sara Beth. She made me laugh just as hard as Tyler. She has such a goofy (I mean that in a good way) personality which made it so fun to shoot her. She is an irish dancer and you can tell by looking at her legs. We also did some shots in the rain and they are so fun. Again, they'll be on the website later. The first shot is focused on her tattoo, in case you were wondering.

Okay, so we're going to do this in sections. We'll start with some favs of our seniors in '08. Actually this will be part 1 of the seniors section. It will be 2 pics from each session that didn't get any posts on the blog. So, if yours have already been posted they won't be posted again. It doesn't mean we love you any less. We're trying to show ones we never got around to posting. By the way, we will be changing the website completely next month and will be adding more pics of each senior then. This is just an overview and by no means are these all the favorites (we can't add them all). I left the narrowing down to my husband and will put everything I like on the website next month. Enough rambling, I hope you enjoy.
Here's a couple of Colby. Now, all my guys did great this year, but Colby actually wanted to have his picture taken. That's pretty rare in this area. He's a musician and I am more than estatic about what we came up with.
This is Austin. Austin was a lot of fun. We did some pics with his old raggedy truck - don't get mad at me Austin for calling it raggedy - and they turned out really cool. By the way, I'd much rather shoot cars that are really old than new ones anyway.
Here's Kaley. She was no exception, we had a great time and she looked beautiful. I had to mess with her mom because when we talked before the session she said she wasn't much of a dress person. When she showed up for the session we had more dresses to use than anything else. And they turned out great. I'm still waiting for her to come back and take pics in the leopard print dress.
This is Erika. We had to split Erika's session up because of the weather which in turn made it that much harder to narrow down because there was double the pictures. I love Erika's look and style. She is such a gorgeous girl.
Here's Joe. He was the shortest senior session by far, but we have some great stuff of him. No matter how short or long a session is you can always be sure we'll produce something great.
Jonathan actually graduated last year, but wanted some cooler senior pics done. Here's a couple of his.
Here's a couple of Chrismond. He was a little quite at first, but got comfortable pretty fast. (Except for the occasional fake smiles-ha.) The camera definitely likes him.
This is Perla. We did her session in December so it was just a little chilly outside. Here's a couple from her session.
Here's Corey. She is so photogenic and she has the most amazing eyes.

So, it's a brand new year and I feel like I haven't slowed down from the last. I definitely haven't been great about this whole blogging thing. We will be working on that from now to the end of February along with completely changing the website. We have so many plans in store for this year. Lots of new products and new opportunities for our clients as well.
I want to thank all of our clients for the past year. Our business has literally quadrupled and it's taken time to adjust. We weren't as quick about getting things out when we wanted it to be out because of all the adjustments we've had to make. There have definitely been some growing pains and we want to thank all of our clients and family for standing beside us as during this time. As most of you know my husband Josh is now full-time at the studio as well and we are working hard to get everything just the way we want it. Again we are so grateful and wish everyone a great new year.
In the next few days we will be posting some favorites from '08 so check back. We will also update you on our trip at the first of this month to Las Vegas for a photography conference. We had an amazing time and came back with lots of new ideas!!

And Maci #3. This Maci is from DeWitt as well. We had to split her session up because of lots and lots of rain. So, we did her inside stuff and then the outside later. Because of that we ended up with probably almost double the number of usual pics. Of course, her being so photogenic didn't hurt either. I love Maci's features. Hope you enjoy!

So, it's literally been forever since I last posted. We are extremely busy at the studio, but things will be better very soon. Starting Wednesday Image Art Lifestyle Photography will have a new Full-Time employee. Some of you already know the big news, but those of you who don't will just have to wait to find out who later. I can't tell you how excited I am. So, here soon we will have everything updated. For now I will leave you with this one pic I am more than excited about. I shot Candy's session at the end of July and I was going for a more fashion look with these...which is why the crazy hair and makeup. We did do a few more tamed down as well. Hope you enjoy. Look for more from this session soon. They were all incredible.

Well, I haven't been too good about posting. I have a great reason though. I've been so busy with shooting clients it's been hard to find time for extra things. I promise I'm going to be consistent from now on. By the way, thanks to all of my clients for allowing my business to grow tremendously this year.
Here are a few of Shelby that I shot in August. Shelby has such a great personality which made it really fun for me to shoot her. Enjoy!

Everyone needs to go pick up a paper tomorrow in either McGehee or Dumas. There will be an article about some awards I won at the Arkansas Professional Photographers convention in July. If you aren't close to McGehee or Dumas I will be posting the pics and more info Thursday about the awards so you can check back and get the info here. Thanks!

Okay guys. So for some reason, I still can't get multiple images to upload right. They will pull up the full size version, but not the smaller. Anyway, hope to get this resolved soon. I have tons of stuff to post, so keep checking back.

I'm starting a new type of session for my kids. More details on it to come soon, but Braxton is my first in this particular session. He's about to be 7 years old. Here's a few of his "Rockstar" pics. I'm only posting two and you can check out more in a few days on the website. He's such a natural little model. (He needs to give some of my senior guys some tips on clothing and hair.)

Okay so this is my very first post. I've decided to join the bandwagon since every photographer in the world, literally, has a blog. It will take me a little bit to get used to so bare with me. I'll be posting recent shoots and anything new going on with the studio so check back often. Let me just say that this is going to be such an exciting year for the studio. I have a lot of new things in store.
